Controller Grain and Feed Ingredients
The Controller will attend to all incoming requests and inquiries from both internal and external customers. Oversee company daily accounting activities and month end closing. Strong communication skills. Provide constant communications and updates on Accounting processes, schedules or anticipated delays to both internal and external customers. Assist with resolving issues and clear back logs. Offer high standard of customer service with excelling written (email) and verbal communications. Provide expedited customer support and feedback. Assist in reparation customer relationships. Maintain and update accounting records. Identify customer issues and resolve in a timely manner. Customer service and problem-solving abilities are a must. Understand specific needs of Commercial Team with goal of finding improvements to current processes and procedures. Will keep management informed at all times regarding changes and or updates. Participate fully in meetings, skills training and professional development classes. 5-10 years of grain and feed ingredient accounting is REQUIRED. Bachelors degree is a requirement.
